Proposed route change in Stapleford consultation – relaunched
Following the pause in consultation on Friday 15/07/2022, the consultation form has been corrected.
The consultation is now live: https://www.greatercambridge.org.uk/cset-Stapleford2022 .
We are extending the consultation period to allow people time to share their feedback and the Cambridge South East Transport Better Public Transport and Active Travel
“Option 1: Option 1 runs about 30 metres into the country park. The bus stop would move about 85 metres to between the changed route and Haverhill Road.
“It would be slightly more expensive than Option 2 and the walk to the bus stop slightly longer for more people.”
“Option 2: Option 2 runs along the eastern edge of the retirement village just inside the country park. The bus stop would move about 75 metres to between the changed route and Haverhill Road.
“It would be slightly cheaper than Option 1 and the walk to the bus stop slightly shorter.”
We will take all responses received so far into separate consideration and will be contacting those who have given us permission for any clarification they may wish to give us.
