Cambridge South East Transport – Local Liaison Forum 1 June 2020 6-8pm
1 June, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The next Local Liaison Forum meeting for the Cambridge South East Transport project will take place on Monday 1 June from 6-8pm via Zoom Webinar.
You will need to register in advance for the webinar: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_azeNGPmMS2Wg8LdexRlHmg
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. This will contain a personalised link, which you won’t be able to share with anyone else. Therefore it is important that every representative from your organisation registers with their own email address.
If you are joining from a mobile device, you will most likely be asked to install the app. Please do that before the start of the meeting to avoid delays.
The following items will be discussed at the meeting:
- Phase 1 Progress Report & Recommendations
- Cambridgeshire Autonomous Metro Update
- Phase 2 Options Assessment
- Phase 2 Public Consultation
- Phase 2 Preferred Option Recommendations
- Phase 2 Next Steps
All background papers for the meeting can be found on the project’s background pages.
Questions at the LLF meeting
For the online LLF meeting to work most effectively and smoothly, we’d be very grateful if you could email us questions you’d like to ask at the meeting beforehand. Please do send them to our GCP email address firstname.lastname@example.org. The sooner you can send your questions the better, as this will help us structure the meeting more effectively.
You will still be able to ask questions during the meeting by using the “Raising Hand” function on Zoom. More information on how the meeting will run via the Zoom Webinar platform can be found below.
Live Streaming and Recording
Those who have not registered can watch the LLF live via YouTube but will not be able to participate (e.g. comment or pose a question) during the meeting.
If you’re unable to participate or watch live, a recording of the meeting will be available on the GCP YouTube channel following the meeting.
In the meantime, if you have any questions or need further help with setting up Zoom, get in touch via email@example.com
