I joined the Royal Air Force immediately after completing my Engineering degree at The University of Warwick, ending my service in 2015. Whilst in the RAF I completed 10 years as a Tornado Navigator based in Scotland and North Yorkshire, with six months overseas each year from places as far fetched as the Falkland Islands to North America to the Middle East, before completing an in-service Masters degree and spending six years in Military Air Test and Evaluation at MOD Boscombe Down.
Upon retirement from the RAF I spent a year as a Defence Consultant before joining Marshall ADG in their Flight Test Department, supporting their longstanding C130 Hercules contracts and a special missions aircraft modification project.
I moved to the village in 2016, having initially relocated from Salisbury to the area in 2015, and was encouraged to join the Parish Council in 2019. I bring youth to the Parish Council as it’s youngest member, and I’m also one of two SPC trustees of the village Feoffees Charity.
I daily walk my dog, a lab collie cross named Axel, around the village first thing in the morning, late afternoon and last thing at night or I can often be found enjoying a pint in The Three Horseshoes pub, and I’m always happy to chat; just stay away from politics!
