The Stapleford Jubilee Pavilion is situated on Stapleford park, the recreation ground, adjacent to Haverhill Road and with access to parking from Gog Magog Way. There is parking adjacent to the hall with space for 20 cars, with spaces for disabled badge holders, and when this parking is full there is further parking possible on the edge of the field for another 20 cars.
The Pavilion has a main hall, a small hall, a kitchen, a disabled toilet, officials’ changing room, two team changing rooms and separate toilets. The main hall holds up to 120 people for a general ‘standing’ function and 100 for seated functions with locking chairs, and the small hall holds 20 people for meetings. The Pavilion can be booked for a wide range of functions including conferences, weddings, adult and children’s parties and general meetings. Evening functions should end by 11pm. There are 5 tables which are 183cm x 68.5cm, and 20 tables which are 121cm x 76cm, for hirer’s use.
For sport, there is a cricket square with all weather pitch, football pitches and tennis courts; the grass is well maintained and pitches marked according to the season. Use of the pitches is through arrangements with the centre manager.
