Rangeford Villages has been granted outline planning permission to develop a retirement community and countryside park on greenbelt farmland between Hinton Way and Haverhill Road.
Outline planning permission means that the principle of development for this particular use, in this particular location, has been given the go-ahead, so this is no longer a matter for debate.
Rangeford will submit a detailed proposal for formal planning approval in due course. In the meantime, it is inviting feedback on its ideas to see what falls into or out of favour with the local community.
